We have 2 spacious and bright yoga shalas in our school campus. One on the ground floor is mostly used by the 100 and 200 hour yoga teacher training courses, and the one on the top floor on the terrace area is used by our 300 hour yoga teacher training course. Because of the characteristics of the 200 and 300 hour TTC, we naturally get less participants in the 300 hour yoga TTC compare to the 200 yoga TTC and it gives you more focused attentions by our top yoga teachers who can see you clearly and know how to assist each of the participant to go to the next level.

Apart from the daily yoga classes of shatkarma (yogic cleansing), pranayama (yogic breath), meditation, Hatha yoga, Ashtanga vinyasa yoga, Yoga philosophy, Yoga therapy and Ayurveda, Yoga anatomy, you will be having special classes such as sound healing meditation session, Ayurvedic treatment session, partner stretching and acro-yoga class, outdoor classes in the school or by the Ganges river and so on. We also have a spa where you can get a variety of Ayurvedic massages and spa treatments by our professional therapist.

In our 300 hour yoga teacher training course, one full-body Ayurvedic massage is included as well.
