From the sunrise to the sunset, we have a variety of classes to learn and practice yoga as it is. During your 8-days yoga retreat, you have the freedom to take as many classes as you wish. We recommend you take as many classes as you can in order to experience yoga, but it is all your choice, it is your yoga holiday.
