A variety of yoga classes start in the very early morning until the evening, and it is your free will to take any classes you wish to take. Our yoga retreat center is located on the southern Varkala cliff, looking down the magnificent ocean. With the loving support of Nebo Hotel, we have made it possible to deliver yogic wisdom to the southern India from the birthplace of yoga, Rishikesh in the north. We, Himalayan Yoga Association has our main yoga school in Rishikesh, which is well known as the world capital of yoga, and have been delivering yogic wisdom in the most authentic way possible for the last 6 years. We have another successful leading yoga school in Ubud, Bali. We are very experienced in what we do, and we are dedicated to help get a truly life of as many people’s as possible.

This 6-days yoga retreat includes 2 complementary full-body Ayurvedic massages in the spa in the venue, as well as rejuvenating buffet style vegetarian meals 3 times a day.
