Arrival & Departure Day’s-
Retreat starts on the first day at 6:00 Am with body detoxification & pranayama class, In order to attend the class on time you should arrive at ashram a day before from the starting date of the program. Retreat completes on 3rd day by evening so Departure must be done by 4th day before 12:00 Pm afternoon.
