In Sanskrit “Ek” means “One”, “Pad” means “Foot”, “Sira” means “Head” and”Asana” means “Posture”. The English name of the asana is “One foot-to-head Pose”.   Position : Sitting Type : Balancing pose Spiritual Awareness : Anahat Chakra.
