Meditation is a spiritual practice, Practice that connects us with our real spirit, a practice that free us from the continuous suffering of the mind, a practice that frees us from the illusion of (I) or mine, It brings us to the life’s reality, it brings us to the pure peace and purity, it gives the strength to see things as they are, it shows us that permanency can not be found into impermanence, it shows us to find the permanency we have to find the permanency, it shows us that the outside world is subject to change, it is not permanent, the only thing which is permanent that is the (Self) and therefore only by knowing the self we can know what permanent is, what peace is, what joy is, what life is, it shows us flighting for the out-side world is fighting for nothing.
