The Level 5 Sound Healing Course at Himalayan Yoga Association represents the culmination of a practitioner's journey through this ancient healing art. This last level is for people who have already established solid fundamentals in proper healing and need to expand their abilities into true mastery. This level emphasizes depth, leadership and the kind of presence that enables the practitioner to function confidently with individuals, groups and healing communities. This is a significant milestone in training. At Level 5, the practitioner doesn't have to consider each and every step of a session. Rather, the practice is intuitive, responsive and very personal. This course has been thoughtfully designed to facilitate that shift and guide you from merely performing sound healing practices to embodying them.
Sound vibration therapy with Tibetan singing bowls is a unique method of relieving mental stress and restoring a person’s nervous system and energy structure. It has been observed that other musical instruments are less powerful than the Tibetan singing bowl technique. The whole universe is made up of various sounds and vibrations. The people in the urban areas are not accustomed to the sound of nature. This creates an imbalance in their body. Connecting with nature through this ancient technique can help heal ourselves and bring our attention toward our well-being.
This Himalayan Sound Bath and Sound Healing Session In Rishikesh India is ideal for people who have a basic understanding of healing techniques through Tibetan singing bowls. People who wish to unlock its benefits for their well-being can also join this course. This workshop is designed to teach traditional Himalayan methods of working with Tibetan bowls. Moreover, you will also learn how to use this healing method in your day-to-day life and can also share this knowledge with your loved ones.
Our Level 5 Sound Healing Course in Rishikesh has been developed for the ones who want to undergo training as independent and powerful sound healers. You have learned how to do the practice by now. This course pulls all of this together, helping you put your knowledge into action, into a total, self-assured and flexible tool kit. This is the advanced training that centers on the following areas:
At this level, you're no longer constrained by a set of sequences, but instead are able to create your own sessions, reacting to what is observed and felt in the room. The training takes place in this module, learning your instincts so that you can respond naturally to each one or group as opposed to a memorized structure. This yields a practice that is alive and responsive, not mechanical.
here you will learn to integrate gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, tuning forks and voice in one session. Instead of using each instrument as individual items, you will learn how their frequencies work together and complement each other, so that you are able to make soundscapes of layers and layers with very clear therapeutic intention.
In this class you will further develop the skill of sensing imbalances in the person long before they can tell you what they are feeling. This module guides you to locate areas of tension, unresolved emotion, and energetic blockage in others, with just a bit of listening and being.
Level 5 is designed to build your confidence to lead larger groups, such as sound healing circles, community sound baths and retreat sessions. You will learn how energy works differently in a group as opposed to an individual setting and how to facilitate a room of people towards an experience of calm and release.
An instrumentation centered approach with a neglect of the human voice. This module tackles this gap head-on. You will learn how to use toning, chanting and vocal resonance as part of your practice, as they are tools that you will also be able to use that can take your voice to places that instruments cannot.
This is the highest level of the program; much of the course focuses on preparing students to teach others. You'll learn how to plan your own workshops, how to explain tricky concepts to the new students in user-friendly language, and how to guide them through their first experiences with sound as you did when you were new.
This section elaborates on how sound healing is harmonized with yoga, Ayurveda, breathing, and meditation to create a holistic wellness journey. You can make sessions that are based on multiple traditions and do it, yet keep the essence of sound.
This module goes beyond technique and looks at the practical aspect of being a sound healer. You will gain the skills of organizing your sessions professionally, establishing boundaries with clients and creating a sustainable and grounded practice in the long term.
At the end of this course, you will not only be technically aware of sound healing, but also discover how to utilize sound healing for yourself. You will have come to know the depth, confidence and presence to adapt it, teach it and pass it on in your own way. Many practitioners say that it is a turning point, a point in which the practice becomes not just what they do, but it becomes what they are.
