Level 1&2 Sound Healing Course in Canggu Bali

Explore the foundational principles of sound healing in one of Bali’s most beloved wellness hubs, Canggu. This 4 day beginner-to-intermediate training by Himalayan Yoga Association introduces you to the healing power of sound through theory, instrument practice, and meditative techniques. No prior experience is needed, just curiosity and a desire to connect with your own healing energy.

The curriculum includes sound vibration theory, basics of energy centers (chakras), breath awareness, and the safe use of healing instruments like Tibetan singing bowls and bells. You will engage in daily movement, guided meditations, and sound sessions that nurture emotional balance and inner peace.

Set against Canggu’s lush tropical scenery, the retreat environment enhances your learning with calm, clarity, and inspiration. Participants leave with tools to lead gentle sessions, support self-healing, and begin a practice grounded in ancient traditions.
