At her young age, she joined her first yoga practice thanks to the good influences of her surroundings. First, she realized the energy of yoga before going deep into the physical and mental aspects, she gained numerous strength in the beginning as a yoga practitionair. After practicing enormous amounts of hours everyday to master the body, mind, and soul, she started her teaching journey in Thailand. She completed her reiki master course as she understood the importance of healing and thus offering her healing ability and skills to reduce the sufferings from others, trying to make as many life as possible to give happiness and fruitful life.
