No one should Starving, come together and feed a family
For all of us this lockdown period has been very challenging and stressful, we have to postponed our all travel plans and have to stayed at home for keeping us safe, at the same time we can’t ignore the side effects of this lockdown on our economy and unemployment caused during this pandemic.
Rishikesh has been international tourist city and you all might have experienced serenity of this holistic land, the land of great saints, the tranquillity of the Himalayas, the waterfalls and the presence of the gorgeous river Ganges and same time to give us adventures exposure such as hiking, river Rafting ,trekking etc.
Due to this pandemic almost 90% people’s have lost their jobs like taxi diver who’s income source was only in serving Tourist, Hotel-staff , washer-man , tattoo-maker, local street markets are void without customers such all peoples and family’s income were based on tourist and now are jobless and not able to make necessary needs for their self their families .
Though Things are not in our hands, we are not able to connect in physical world yet we connect digitally and can make collective efforts to reach those really needy people’s and help them by providing daily-needs things such as kitchen items, bathroom utilities ,clothes, baby-items and so on.
We Himalayan yoga Association (family) based in Rishikesh and rooted with this holy city since Generations have extended our hands to support these effected (deprived) peoples and their families and has been donated many essential things since lockdown started.
