In Sanskrit “Parivrtta” means “to turn around/ revolve”, “Trikona” means “Triangle”.  The English name of this asana is “Revolving triangle Pose”.   Position : Standing Type : Balancing pose Spiritual Awareness : Manipura Physical Awareness : Pelvis, twisted spine, abdomen Dosha Suitability : Pita Introducery Asanas : Trikonasan, Ardha Matsyendrasan, Vrikshasana   Procedure: Stand erect, feet together, arms at your side.
