Can you dig in a little deeper on how and what kind of practices exactly can help you to know yourself, to understand your quality?
– Yoga generally nowadays people think yoga is asana and stretching; yet it is part of the asanas, stretching is a part of physical aspect of yoga. But most importantly, the basics of yoga because if you don’ To follow the basics, there is no way body is not prepared to do anything, you know. Further so, you have to do basics. What are these basic things I am talking about? Yamah, niyama, compassion, respect, honesty, love not standing those positions to understand the life flows in its own way. When we understand it, the body is more healthy when we understand this value how this value makes the whole world function oneself and the outside. The rest of the things are going to happen naturally. You are going to be very good at asana pranayama you know, you are going to realize yourself which we call samadhi.-
Yama and Niyama are the 2 of the most fundamental parts of the 8 limbs of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. These two practices are mentioned before physical practices in this ancient yogic text. Without a base as a human being, physical exercises do not benefits us.
