i had been looking at doing my yoga teacher training over in India for a little while now but obviously because the pandemic wasn’t able to do that so i ended up having a look at online courses
and i came across this 200-hour one offered by himalayan yoga association um i had a wonderful experience doing it um the teachers were fantastic
using the online environment was a really cool way of furthering your skills and gaining a deeper understanding of yoga i would highly recommend this course for anyone that is wanting to further their skills in yoga and teach as well
so thank you very much everyone a big shout out to the teachers um and yeah go for it if it’s something you’re looking into hopefully i’ll see you all in India one day soon Namaste.
