Hello everyone i’m Divyangana Chaudhary I’ve done my 300 hours plus internship with Himalayan yoga Association so my review of this place i had a wonderful two months i did it back to back i was in the September batch and in the October batch i did my

internship and my experience over here has been one of the best experiences um number one i am a person very close to nature so this place is located in a very beautiful place there’s mountains right across your rooms the rivers flowing right there you can hear it so

i think it automatically puts you in a very calming and it’s a wonderful state of mind and the classes are scheduled really well throughout the day you’re occupied with asanas and then you have your meditation philosophy anatomy is just they keep you occupied

throughout the day and yeah the teachers are have it’s the teachers have been really good um I’ve had some personal conversations with teachers um when I’ve ever had some issue I’ve spoken to them and they’ve been nice enough to take notice that something’s going

on in my mind that’s very rare that someone picks up on that and the kitchen staff overall i think the entire environment the people the management I’ve had a beautiful experience here and i think i would definitely recommend this place to anyone

who asks me if they want to go for a yoga retreat or a teacher training program thank you so much for this experience.
