first question is who is the founder of vinyasa yoga and from where it came so there’s a guru in india Name Shree Tirumalai Krishnamacharya i have written the name here is shree Tirumalai Krishnamacharya is the guru who founded vinyasa yoga and from where

it came it came from the ashtanga lineage and why he invented this vinyasa system so he invented this vinyasa system for householders in sanskrit we called name Grihastha so the person who has busy schedule and who has family for him it’s or for them it’s difficult

to follow all the eight limbs of ashtanga to thier daily life so for them and that’s how he invented this vinyasa system of yoga so whenever they have found time for themselves they can pratice this vinyasa system so let’e begin further so shree tirumalai

krishnamacharya has taught his student this vinyasa system and then they taught this vinyasa system in western so that’s how it became quite famous in western culture some people have myth that vinyasa is a western style of yoga so this is not true it came from

india it founded in india and came from ashtanga lineage so let’s move further so what is the meaning of word vinyasa not vinyasa yoga here we are just talking about vinyasa so in sanskrit you can see n-y-a-s-a this it means to place and the word mean v-i it means in a special way so this is a sanskrit term of the word vinyasa meaning but in simple language

we call it one breathe and one movement it’s called vinyasa so here the example is as i am breathing i’m inhaling and lifting my arm at the same time so this is my one breathe and one movement second breathe second movement so it’s called vinyasa so let’s talk about

what is the meaning of vinyasa yoga so the simple meaning of vinyasa yoga is the style of yoga where poses are strung together to form one fluid sequence of a movement in a flow is called vinyasa yoga again so you can see i have written here is a style of yoga

where poses are strung together to form one fluid sequence of a movement called vinyasa yoga is like adding posture to posture in a flow with breathe to breathe like connecting one breathe with movement is called vinyasa yoga the simple example of vinyasa yoga is o

ur sun salutation ( surya namaskar ) so as we all know that surya namaskar is a dynamic sequence of asana where poses are link together with breathing so that movement that whole movement that whole sun salutation is vinyasa system because we breathe, we move we breathe we move and at the same time we add posture to posture with our

breathing and with our movement so this is the simple example of vinyasa yoga our sun salutation our surya namaskar so in our first three video i’m going to share with you and we are going to work on surya namaskar ( sun salutation ) so i have and i divided this sun

salutation into three part beginner intermediate and advance so in this 200 syllabus we are going to talk about beginner and intermediate and in 300 you found and you will found the advance version of surya namaskar

so in our first three video i m going to share video beginner and intermediate level of surya namaskar and then after completing our surya namaskar will move with the flow so in our after our three videos, in our fourth video will start working on flows so here is the

schedule of our videos so in three videos as i told you we are work on sun salutation of ashtanga A and B in beginner and intermediate level and after as you are done with your sun salutation practice will move to 4 to 10 videos about flow so how i have manage the flow here so first I’m going to work on warm up part so i have divided this warm up

session into parts, sitting and standing so you will see in our videos how we are dealing with sitting and standing sequence in a warm up session then sun salutations then standing and leg balancing posture or leg balancing sequence then arm balancing hip opening back bend and forward fold and at last inversion so these are the seven flow i

have made for you so in our upcoming videos we are going to work on it so you will see how we are dealing with all the seven sequence and all the seven flows so i hope you’ll enjoy all the flow and wishing you all the best so let’s end the session with one Om and

three Shanti so wherever you are sit back relax then the close your eyes try to maintain your spine straight inhale and exhale and bring your palm near to heart center inhale from your nostril and exhale from it slowly if possible then prepare for one Om and three Shanti, take a deep breathe in

Om……………………………………………..
Shanti Shanti Shanti

Breathe in and breathe out and just down your forehead slowly open your eyes hari om.
