Namaste Om Shanti I’m Borkha your yoga instructor and today i will demonstrate Ashtanga Surya Namaskar A & B okey let’s start one feet apart from the mat edge inhale raise your both hands up look at your thumb fingers exhale completely bend down inhale half way look up exhale jump back to chaturanga dandasana inhale go to the

urdhva mukha svanasana or upward facing dog exhale go to the downward facing dog or ardha mukha svanasana hold there for 5 second and keep doing ujjayi breathing bend your knees inhale jump forward and go to the half way look up exhale completely bend down inhale raise your both arms up look at your thumb fingers and exhale samasthiti

so this was the sun salutation A Ashtanga so now i m going to give the demonstration of Sun Salutation B again one feet apart inhale bend your knees and go to the chair position exhale completely bend down inhale go to the half way look up exhale jump back to chaturanga dandasana inhale go to the upward facing dog exhale go to the

downward facing dog inhale lift your right leg up and bring it forward in place it in between your palms and go to the warrior one exhale again jump back to chaturanga dandasana inhale go to the upward facing dog exhale up to the downward facing dog and lift your left leg up and bring it forward place it in between your palms and go to

the warrior one exhale again jump back to chaturanga dandasana inhale go to the upward facing dog exhale go to the downward facing dog and hold there 5 second and keep doing ujjayi breathing engage on your navel point bend your knees and jump forward go to the half way look up exhale completely bend down inhale go to the chair position exhale samasthiti thank you.
