You should leave a gap of 2 or more hours before your last meal so that you don’t face any problems while performing various asanas. The most important point which you should keep in mind is to avoid junk food.
3) The beginning is tough, Do not quit!
Many of our students face difficulty at the beginning of the Yoga teacher training program. It is during this period that one should understand that giving up is not a choice. The initial stage is always going to be difficult as the body is not used to such training, but as time goes one, with proper practice, things will start falling into place and the results will speak for itself.
4) Get yourself some ‘me time’
