Bikram Choudhary is the founder of Bikram Yoga in India. He was born in Calcutta in 1944 and started practicing yoga when he was four years old. At the age of 13, he claimed the title of National Yoga Championship and continued on a winning streak for three consecutive years. He developed 26 postures and founded Yoga College of India. He also had a yoga school in India, not one but many. He had more than fifteen hundred yoga school throughout the world.
