It is completely possible to always live peaceful and balanced life.
Pleasure and pain are felt by the body and the mind therefore it takes form of thought in the mind. One can go beyond these feelings of pain and pleasure by sifting the mind or by dis-solving it into consciousness.
Human consciousness is his real nature which is made of prana (Vital-force), prana comes from sky thus human consciousness is also inaccessible like sky.
However experiencing this blissful state of pure consciousness is not easy because of sceptic mind but through regular and long-time meditation practice one can attain this state therefore he is (jeevan-mukta) liberated soul.
Living a Peaceful and Balanced Life Through Yoga
In the yogic tradition, peace is not something we gain from the outside world. Peace is our natural inner state. Yoga teaches that balance is possible, not by controlling life’s events, but by transforming our relationship with the mind. A peaceful life does not mean the absence of challenges. It means the ability to remain rooted in awareness even when pleasure and pain arise. This is one of the deepest teachings of yoga philosophy: true freedom comes from inner stability.
Pleasure, Pain, and the Nature of the Mind
The mind constantly reacts to experiences through attraction and aversion. Pleasure creates desire. Pain creates resistance. Both become waves in the consciousness. Consciousness as Our True Nature

The Role of Prana (Vital Force) in Inner Peace
Prana is the life-force that animates the body and mind. When prana is disturbed, the mind becomes restless. When prana is calm, the mind becomes calm.

-pranayama (breath regulation)

-stillness

are essential tools for mental balance and spiritual growth.
A balanced prana leads to a balanced life.

Meditation and the State of Jeevan Mukta
The yogic path teaches that liberation is possible while living. This is called Jeevan Mukta — a liberated soul in this very lifetime. Such a person is not controlled by fear, craving, or mental doubt. They live in inner freedom, established in awareness. However, this state requires sincere and long-term practice. Meditation is not an escape from life — it is the deepest way of meeting life with clarity.
