Find Your Perfect Balance with our 4 days yoga retreat in Canggu, Bali. Four days is the optimum time - long enough to have a chance to relax and learn, but short enough to fit in most schedules. We have created this retreat at Himalayan Yoga Association in Canggu to break your routine and teach you some practices that you can apply at home.
HYA in Canggu provides you with a choice of starting day based on our weekly programs. Maybe you can begin on Wednesday by doing slow Yin yoga and silent meditation, or begin on your weekend by doing active Ashtanga yoga and strong mantras. Every individual makes a unique experience depending on what they require most.
Spend four days in charming Bali where the ocean scenery collides with green landscapes. Take sunrise yoga at the beach, learn various breathing techniques such as cooling Sheetali or warming Bhastrika and receive sound healing therapies. Mornings begin with breathing and yoga postures. Afternoons are characterized by various kinds of meditation like candle gazing or mindful walking around temples. You will also get exposed to simple yoga philosophy which will enable you to know more about the meaning behind the physical practice.
Four days will give you the opportunity to actually assimilate what you are learning. You will be able to get a good rest, recover your stress levels, and begin to develop healthy new habits unlike a fast weekend outing. Take part in the Balinese traditional ceremonies, have longer meditation sessions as well as enjoy deep relaxation. An additional day over a three-day retreat is a substantial difference in the extent to which you can relax and incorporate new habits into your habit.
The retreat is suitable to all - both the first-time yoga retreat attendees and regular yoga practitioners. It works well with individuals who would love to change but cannot afford weeks off. In Himalayan Yoga Association, the four days will be the beginning of the beneficial changes that will last long, and all that will be covered with the natural beauty and the calm environment of Bali. Depart with fresh energy, useful expertise, and a clear mind to tackle daily living with better balance.
Start on any day. Join for 3–7 days and craft your own journey.
Everyday, new experiences. Choose your preferred day to start and end between 3 to 7 days for your transformative yoga retreat experience according to our transparent and dynamic weekly yoga retreat schedule. Explore yin and yang aspects of yoga practice, various yogic breathing and meditation practices to discover new version of yourself.
