Vinyasa Flow
Breath-led sequences combining strength, balance, mobility and conscious transitions.
A four-day journey created around movement, breath, recovery and conscious rest. Flow through dynamic Vinyasa, open the body with mobility work, slow down with sound and Yoga Nidra, and reconnect with yourself in the peaceful atmosphere of Rishikesh.
A short retreat with enough depth to feel like a genuine reset.
Modern life asks the body to sit for long periods while asking the mind to remain constantly active. This retreat reverses that pattern. You will move with purpose, breathe consciously, create space in the body and give your nervous system regular opportunities to slow down.
The program combines energising Vinyasa with focused mobility, breathwork, meditation and restorative wellness experiences. Each day has a clear intention, beginning with grounding, progressing toward strength and creative movement, and gradually returning toward integration and deep rest.
The experience is suitable for guests who want an active yoga retreat without turning every hour into a class. Structured practice is balanced with meals, personal time, nature and room to experience Rishikesh at a more human pace.
The purpose is not to collect techniques. It is to experience a rhythm you can actually take home: move, breathe, recover, observe and repeat.
A deliberately paced retreat that pairs energising morning practices with restorative evening experiences.
View 4-Day ScheduleEach element has a specific role in the retreat: create energy, improve movement quality, regulate the breath or support deeper rest.
Breath-led sequences combining strength, balance, mobility and conscious transitions.
Focused work for hips, shoulders, hamstrings, spine and ankles to support freer movement.
Pranayama and guided breath awareness to prepare the body and settle mental activity.
An evening experience centred around stillness, listening and deep relaxation.
A gentle wellness experience included as part of the retreat’s restorative rhythm.
Guided yogic relaxation used after slower movement to encourage complete rest.
The retreat is intentionally structured around contrast. Dynamic practice builds heat and confidence, while restorative sessions give the body and mind time to absorb the experience.
The sequence of the retreat matters. Each day develops from the previous one, moving from grounding toward energy, exploration and finally integration.
DAY 01
Settle into the retreat, leave travel behind and reconnect with your body through a gentle breath-led first evening.
DAY 02
Build energy through a full morning practice, then create more usable range through focused mobility and flexibility work.
DAY 03
Explore more creative movement and balance, then soften the day with Reiki, nature, slow flow and Yoga Nidra.
Theme: Slow Down & Take the Practice Home
The retreat is designed as one connected journey. Each day has its own purpose, helping you gradually build energy, explore movement and finish with space to integrate.

At the Himalayan Yoga Association, we hold our food to the highest standards — not only in taste and nourishment but also in cleanliness, hygiene, and purity. From the moment ingredients enter our kitchen to the time they’re served at your table, every step is carried out with great care, love, and strict hygiene protocols.
Our kitchen is spotless and meticulously maintained, following international standards of cleanliness. All surfaces are sanitized regularly, ingredients are washed with purified water, and our staff are trained to ensure a safe, hygienic, and sacred environment. We believe that a clean kitchen is the foundation for clean energy in the food — and for us, this is not just a standard, it’s a spiritual practice.
We also take great care in food storage, preparation, and serving, ensuring that everything you eat is not only sattvic and nourishing but also prepared under strict hygiene supervision. Our meals are cooked fresh daily by our dedicated kitchen team, who wear clean uniforms, use gloves where required, and work with mindfulness and discipline.
Because to us, cleanliness is not just a standard — it’s part of the yoga. A clean kitchen is a clean heart. And a clean plate is a step toward inner peace.
