Start Your Wellness Journey with our 3 days yoga retreat in Canggu, Bali. Sometimes, you don’t always have to take a long vacation to get refreshed and renewed. Our three-day retreat is ideal when one wants a real break but cannot afford to spend too much time off work or family. This short course is created in beautiful Canggu, where beaches collide with rice fields and temples and where you will get the most out of it in the shortest time.
The thing that makes HYA in Canggu special is that we have a flexible schedule, you can start any day of the week that fits you. You can come on Monday and have relaxing Hatha yoga and restorative meditation or on Friday and have rejuvenating Vinyasa flow and breathing. Each of them is different and unique to you.
Your three days will be packed with morning yoga or breathing exercises like Kapalabhati to get you going or Nadi Shodhana to balance. The afternoons have alternative forms of meditation - chakra meditation, loving-kindness practice or basic body awareness. Evenings also have a soothing Yin yoga with sound healing bowls. During breaks, you can go to the local temples, attend group chants, or experience Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) in the stars.
Three days are brief but effective. You will soon forget about everyday stress and move into a serene routine of yoga and meditation. The beach sunsets, tropical nature and warm Balinese hospitality make everything magical. The rest of your free time will be spent in Canggu, its vivid cafes, surfing areas, and local markets, or simply lying on the pool and splashing in the tropical heaven.
It is a perfect retreat among busy people, yoga beginners, or individuals who need to get rejuvenated in a short period of time. In 72 hours spent in Himalayan Yoga Association, you’ll experience many forms of yoga, learn some useful techniques, and be really renewed. An ideal way to test whether you should take yoga retreats, or just have a good break in paradise. You will come home feeling lighter, clearer and more connected with yourself.

The founder of Himalayan Yoga Ashram and Bali Yoga School, Yogi Himanshu Joshi is a highly respected and compassionate yoga master devoted to authentic yogic education and holistic healing. Integrating the classical teachings of yoga with modern understanding, he guides students toward a harmonious, purposeful, and spiritually enriched life.
His teachings blend traditional Hatha, pranayama, meditation, and awareness practices with mindfulness and a modern scientific approach. Through his compassionate leadership, he inspires students to overcome limitations, connect with their inner self, and live a conscious, integrated life of balance and authenticity.
Yogini Chiara began her yoga journey in Italy and expanded her practice in Indonesia. Over the years, she has studied various yoga styles—Hatha, Yin, and Pregnancy Yoga—though her true passion lies in the fluidity and freedom of Vinyasa.
Alongside yoga, she explores Capoeira, Muay Thai, and dance, celebrating movement in all forms. A certified Animal Flow Level 1 instructor, Chiara combines natural movement with yoga to guide students toward harmony, strength, and grace.
Born in Sumbawa Besar to Balinese parents, Yogini Shanti was surrounded by spirituality and devotion since childhood. She spent over five years in ashrams immersed in the Hare Krishna movement, studying the Bhagavad Gita, Hatha Yoga, and meditation.
After completing her 200-hour YTT at S-VYASA University, Bangalore, she began teaching asanas, pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy across Bali. Her calm energy and deep devotion inspire every student to live yoga as a way of life.
Born into a priestly Balinese family, Yogi Pandu was immersed in Vedic studies and Sanskrit from an early age. His quest for spiritual depth led him to Banaras Hindu University (Varanasi), where he spent five years mastering yogic philosophy and Sanskrit scriptures.
After returning to Bali, he completed his 500-hour YTT at Bali Yoga School and now devotes his life to sharing authentic Vedic wisdom. His deep understanding of yoga philosophy and meditation helps students awaken their inner potential and spiritual awareness.
