100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Uluwatu Bali – Yoga Alliance certified course by Himalayan Yoga Association to build your yoga foundation in just 12days


Himalayan Yoga Association welcomes you to join our 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Uluwatu Bali, a Yoga Alliance accredited short-term course designed especially for those who wish to build a strong yoga foundation but are unable to commit to a full-month program. This 12-day course is perfect for beginners and anyone looking to bring the benefits of yoga into their daily life.

This training is the first half of our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, and it covers core teachings from Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and Vinyasa Flow, as well as meditation, pranayama, shatkarma (cleansing practices), yoga philosophy, anatomy, alignment, and adjustment. Guided by our experienced teachers, you’ll receive professional instruction that is simple, clear, and enriching.

Students naturally engage in mantra chanting, mindfulness, and self-reflection as part of their daily practice. This short yet powerful training will help you understand and experience the essence of yoga, preparing you for deeper learning in the future. You’ll be able to complete the second half at any of our school branches worldwide or through our online program to become eligible for Yoga Alliance teacher registration.

To add more healing to your journey, we offer Reiki and Sound Healing sessions at a small extra cost, scheduled during free hours to fit comfortably into your day. Yoga Teacher Training + Sound / Reiki Healing Course


Complete our sound healing courses during your YTT! We arrange our Sound / Reiki Healing Courses during your break time so you can complete it by utilising the time and with just a little extra costs. You will cover 2 hours a day and it lasts for 2 days (for level 1), 4 days (for level 1 & 2), and 7 days (for level 1 & 2 & 3).
